Wheat flour is one of the key food products throughout the northern hemisphere. The type of flour is determined by its composition and degree of grinding of particles.
As a product derived from cereal plants, wheat flour is a source of B vitamins (B1, B7, B2, B9) in significant quantities. This group determines the influence of flour on the state of the body, stimulates the processes of formation of blood cells, regulates metabolism, regenerative reactions in organisms (calorizer). Vitamin PP ensures a healthy condition of the skin, assimilation of nutrients. The list of trace elements in flour is headed by potassium, followed by zinc, sodium, and magnesium.

Wheat flour of the highest grade is characterized by the smallest particle size – no more than 40 microns – and the almost complete absence of fiber and particles of the shell of each grain. This makes the flour very soft and airy, but from a dietary point of view, this variety is the least useful. It contains a lot of calories, which are in no way compensated by fiber, but are neighbors with gluten. For all their culinary appeal, products made from high-grade wheat flour are delicacies with very little benefit.
